Meet Diandra Shafer
Diandra Shafer is the founder of Shafer Sales Team, built on a vision of creating a real estate brand that truly represents the heart and feel of Connecticut. Her approach is rooted in community, connection, and an authentic understanding of the towns and neighborhoods that make this area so special.
Growing up just over the bridge from Devon, Diandra spent much of her time in Milford, especially enjoying the shoreline at Silver Sands State Park. Those early days by the water helped shape her deep appreciation for Connecticut’s coastal charm and close-knit communities. Over the years, she has lived throughout both New Haven and Fairfield Counties, giving her extensive firsthand knowledge of the local markets, neighborhoods, and lifestyles that define each area.
Diandra later lived in Hamden, where she also ran a sober living home for a period of time. That experience strengthened her compassion, leadership, and ability to support people through important life transitions — qualities that naturally carry into her real estate career. She understands that dealing with someone’s livelihood is no small responsibility, and she approaches every transaction with care, professionalism, and respect.
Her love of helping others is matched by her love of meeting new people. Diandra is energized by connection and takes pride in building genuine relationships with her clients. Outside of real estate, she enjoys staying active, hiking local trails, playing sports, and spending time outdoors — anything that keeps her moving and connected to nature. She’s also a devoted animal lover and proud cat owner.
Before real estate, Diandra waitressed up and down Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton, an experience that sharpened her communication skills and taught her the value of hard work, patience, and truly listening to people. Those years helped shape the approachable, attentive service style she’s known for today.
At her core, Diandra is community-driven, service-minded, and passionate about helping people move forward confidently — all while staying grounded in the Connecticut lifestyle she proudly represents.
